At very short notice (knowing I had visitors over Easter) I organised curtains and blinds for my new home. Loved the choice of fabrics and styles that we selected. I was told that there was no promise they would be ready by Easter but they would be done ASAP. Everything installed the day before and I am thrilled. Thank you so much for your guidance and help.

Ordered two plantation shutters for my bathrooms in 10th Dec 2018. Now still not installed. I asked for refund they refused and ask me to accept this and wait. Fair Trading replied that design curtain's manager refused to resolve it or compensate me. Now I have to go to tribunal. I really should read reviews first.

A quote was organised within days of my call to Design Curtains which was so prompt and professional. Debbie has a wealth of experience and helped me with the fabric choice for the blinds. The blinds turned out perfectly, were installed by them and I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic local company. Highly recommend.
