We will inspect and determine cause and location of blockage using latest techniques and equipment via electric drain cleaning machine and cables or high velocity water jet. Replacing of section of sewer/storm-water drains can be carried out by our qualified plumbers. Boundary traps and shafts to be replaced via mini excavator.

Every aspect of our dealings with Mark and his team, including Fran in the office, were very professional. Calls were answered promptly, visits were punctual and he gave us clear advice and information about the work to be done. The sewer replacement became complicated because of rocks and shale, and took longer than originally expected, but Mark made sure the work was completed in a timely manner, and kept us informed about the extra work required and additional costs, so we felt informed and involved throughout the process. We were so glad we had chosen A&C Plumbing.

Needed a plumber at the last minute and they came through. Still charged normal & standard rates despite realising I was desperate after a plumber pulled out of a kitchen renovation.
They were professional and courteous and very understanding. A credit to their industry. I cannot recommend them any higher. Daniel was my call out plumber and he was incredibly professional and courteous.

The team at A & C were great - working out who I could get to check my gas heaters seemed like it was going to be a challenge - but Mark gave me an estimated quote over the phone and explained what might be involved if a gas leak was found - and when they found one, the team worked very hard to get it fixed as soon as possible. the price estimate was on the money and the guy (simon i think) who came out was courteous and explained what was going on throughout. Mark booked us in at our earliest convenience. The plumbers arrived when he said they would , were well informed, had the equipment we needed (instead of trying to sell us an unsuitable service like the first people we called) and were very careful and thorough. We have been using A&C Plumbing for a long time. We recently consigned A&C Plumbing to renovate our very very very old bathroom and kitchen for my mother in law. The final result was fantastic ^_^ They uplifted our bathroom and kitchen to a modern look finishing and much safer for my mother in law.
