With our MOVE 1:1 Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching program we can help you navigate your way back to 'REAL FOODS', help you understand how a heathy lifestyle means more than just your food choices and dieting.

At our MOVE Salamanca Place clinic, remedial massage and mobility are a large part of our core business. Working in the Clinical Massage industry in Hobart for over 20 years, our combined skills offer an extensive array of treatment approaches. Regular appointments with our skilled remedial therapists ensure that you stay ahead of injuries and structural dysfunctions before they become significant issues or injuries.
At our Move Fitness Salamanca Place studio we offer group fitness training classes with variety to suit everyone. Our classes will challenge you to reach your full fitness potential, to feel and perform beyond your expectations. We focus on functional movement patterns that are transferable and applicable to the real world.
Our 6 week specialised class blocks at MOVE Fitness give you the opportunity to access the best of the best of our trainers passion for their movement specialty. Rotating on a 6 week on, 2 weeks off cycle Emma delivers an extensive program across 3 class times per week in Stretch and Mobility. Lindsay, with her passion for Strength training is empowering our members in what is a truely a 'MORE than Muscle' program.
With 12 sessions per week and a 7 Day Free full time table Trial offer, at MOVE Fitness we follow up this great value introduction with a value for money pricing structure to support your chosen fitness program. Our flag ship membership allows you unlimited access to 12 classes on our regular time table.

Lindsay from Move Massage is one of the most talented therapists in the state.
For the athlete or active person her range of treatments are second to none, she really knows her stuff.
Very highly recommended.

I highly recommend going and seeing Lindsay! Fun work outs but also makes you work. Always leave with a smile on my face! even if I know there may be a slight pain later!!!

Her amazing bubbly personality along with excellent knowledge make Lindsay the best massage therapist I've visited. Offering tips on stretches to help my back and shoulders, as well as the relief I've felt after 2 short visits. Suffering from constant aching back and shoulders, her massages have aided in me returning back to sports without a hitch. Can't recommend her enough.
