After complaint, the wardrobes were fixed pretty fast. I just wonder, why it was not done properly at the first attempt?
So there are my pros and cons:
+ Clear and reasonable prices for the simple built-ins. Even withought asking the quote a customer can calculate preliminary price and find out how much could it cost.
- Installer needs supervision or at least ask him before he starts the job if he checked the drawing and understood it.
Overall, I will change my score from 1* to 4*, because we had that unpleasant first experience (read my whole story below).

Poor after sales service, was made to wait 4 weeks to replace a faulty draw. Both of the of measurements taken for two separate jobs was wrong. Happy to take your money and told they are busy and have wait to for something that was not fault. Only positive thing was the installers Luke and Jason.

Had a hinged linen press installed 2 weeks ago, very happy with the final product. Service was excellent, from the people in office to Michael who took measurements and especially Jason who installed unit in an area that was not level. Price also very competitive. Have no hesitation in recommending Image Robes
