I've had a second lash adhesive sent out as the first did not work whatsoever. Just getting around to trying the second one and it is exactly the same. Would not know if the lifting serums actually work as the adhesive does not secure the lashes. The shield will stick and then lift. This whole thing is just wrong. I would love to know how the other 5 star reviews actually got this to work because these reviews were the reason I purchased this brand over elleebanna. So disappointed in this brand and their products

I've been shopping with My Lash Store for almost 3 years and cannot fault them. Every minor issue I have had in regards to products or delivery has been responded to promptly and professionally.
