Planet Max has been successfully coaching people like you in Nutrition and Training for over 20 years. We started running Challenges early in 2010 to fill a need in Tasmania for a complete nutrition, training and mentoring package. Each year the Challenges develop and improve, you can be assured of getting the most effective personalized training, nutritional and motivational strategies available, tried and tested on hundreds of clients.
The initial appointment will take the longest and usually lasts for 60mins, subsequent appointments are 20-30mins. At this appointment your personalised plan will be presented to you in full, based on a pre-comp pre questionnaire we provide you with before the consultation. Progress appraisals (online or face to face) every week including: Weight, tape measurements, body composition/body fat % breakdowns.
What does the plan include? The plan includes a full personalised two day Nutrition plan designed by our in house Nutritionist. Plan includes supplement recommendations and timing suited to your goals. Also included will be complete macronutrient and calorie content of each meal ingredient, meal/snack, and day.

Came into the Hobart store on Monday (8/10). I'm from interstate and I'd left my supplements at home.
The guy who helped me instore (didn't catch his name) was brilliant, knew the supplement I was taking, as they didn't have any in stock, recommended another that is just as good.
Wasn't just looking for the quick sale as there were more expensive brands available. He really knew his stuff, and explained things really well.
Can't recommend highly enough.
