Our service doesn't include laundromat charges, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo supplies. It is advicable that the unit has a vacuum and a mop as some guests like to maintain the unit during the stay. It also give our teams more flexibility to manage and attend last minute bookings. Had the worst experience ever. And I've tried a few. Miguel was very polite but the whole thing was big stuff up from the beginning. Joyce did come on time but spend the first 1/2 hour trying to find out what was going on with the 2nd guy who never showed. Another one showed up 2 hours late. They stayed for about 2 hours and it was the worst cleaning job I have ever had. Sorry Guys but cannot in good faith recommend you
