I have been seeing Dr James Jabbour for diabetic retinopathy for over four years. I have found Dr Jabbour a most dedicated eye Doctor and Surgeon. Nothing is ever a problem. His team from Reception to those who do the checks on your eyes, are fantastic.

Thank you Dr Jabbour for all your care and all the patients that you help, including being was worked up and sent home from hospital with new blindness, seeing you and being diagnosed with GCA straight away so as not to be blind! We need your expertise and more Doctors like you. Pity those who complain about getting their eyes to dilate and wait for the drops to work - you are complaining about nothing - get a REAL problem - maybe try going blind!

I said I would post my review ....
After putting my father on a phantom waiting list and making him wait over 12 months then realising his paperwork was NEVER SENT to begin with. Then when applying for waiting list he gets knocked back because he doesn't qualify for NOW surgery to make up for lost time.
Now given only other option was to do it private and to pay. Was this intentionally done to make extra $$$
If we had the money we wouldnt have waited

Dr Jabbour was the first person to listen to what was happening and diagnosed my MS which had been missed. I can't thank you enough. So much for the public hospital which missed all my symptoms.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Jabbour picked up on the exact cause of my eye problem when 2 others have told me there was nothing wrong. So grateful to have my vision restored.

Made us wait 2 hours and found no issue with this, their time is more important than yours.

Just waited 2 hours for my wife's appointment to be given 10 mins of the doctors time and to be told he didn't know but could refer us to someone else, and still charge us a full appointment fee.
They also gave us no warning that they would be putting some chemicals in my wife's eye which meant she couldn't see properly for 45 mins after the appointment and wouldn't have been able to drive home if I wasn't with her.
Some poor old bloke needed a ride home so reception claimed to have called him a taxi that would pick him up in 5 minutes. After 40 mins I told him I'd drive him home as we were still

Dr Jabbour is a very thorough, knowledgable and caring doctor and has a very professional manner. We have had an excellent experience every single visit.

My father sees Dr Jabbour for his ongoing chronic eye problems. We have always found Dr Jabbour to be so thorough and knowledgable.

I received harassing phone calls from this clinic. Called them to delete my number of whoever’s file it was under and the girl continued to harass me. Next step will be reporting you to the police. Completely unprofessional.
