This guy where do I start, Had my washing machine for 3 months in that time I was told one line after the other / he had friends in high places at Samsung / would not change quote from original price (Original quote was for $350 then started saying would be no more than $400-$450)/ he wanted money from me before he done the work. When I dropped off the machine I told him what the error code was. When I goggled this it was a clutch motor issue. After 2 months he said he had stripped the machine right down and it was in great condition so had to be loom wires or PCB board. This was not the case at
