I contacted silver water plumbing to replace my old water system as it was leaking. Although there was a mix up on the size of the water tank that was installed when I spoke with the owner he was happy to upgrade the tank with just the price difference.
They organised the swap quickly.
The guys on site were polite and on time and called 15 mins upon arrival.
Although my initial experience wasn’t great silverwater plumbing rectified the issue quickly.

I would like to share my experience as I couldn’t have asked for better response time and help.
This morning I was woken up to burst hot water hose in my bathroom at 6am this morning. Having had no sleep, being 9months pregnant and my partner had already left for work, I had just dozed off finally when I heard the running water. You could understand my panicked state as my bathroom and hallway slowly flooded. I called a 24/7 Plumber service who then contacted Silverwater Plumbing to try and get me the help I needed. We called Silver Water Plumbing due to the hot water is no longer functioning and need someone to come and investigated. As a result we have to replace the existing Hot Water Storage and we have decided to go with Hot Water on demand instead to save $$$ in a long run.
