We have been dealing with Casey who has exceeded our expectation of what excellent customer service should look like. During the bushfires Casey responded very quickly to our insurance needs. Our experience with Macey Insurance Brokers has been extremely positive, they have always been extremely professional and helpful. We unfortunately suffered some loss in the recent bush fires but our broker, Casey, dealt with the insurance company on our behalf and negotiated a claim that we were very happy with.
