A kitchen is not only the quality of the materials and the design but the installation as well. We bought a kitchen in Belgium from one of the resellers of Hacker. The work was terrible and when we contacted Hacker to suggest someone else to fix some of the issues we received no reply.
Next time it will be an IKEA kitchen.

Dear Hacker.
It has been 2 years that I have been asking you to help me to fix the faulty units in the kitchen that you sold me in 2012. CLIMBER UNITS. I have two units which are part of your premium range. They stopped working as soon as the warranty expired. I asked you several times to help and offered to pay for your engineers time and parts. Regardless of that you refused to help and service the kitchen that you sold me 7 years ago. I think this is wrong and frankly I expected a better service from a premium kitchen manufacturer. Absolute careless attitude to customers... I hope there is
