AAA+++ In a digital age where it gets more and more difficult to become personal with customers, Blowes Clothing managed to find every single way to do just that! This is a circumstance where I provided information that caused confusion, and they could have easily put the blame back onto me as the customer and the result could have resulted in a less than satisfactory outcome. But no. I liaised with Hannah, Leanne, Hayley and Sal from Dubbo and Orange stores and they all provided exceptional communication and service, with the best final result I could hope for.
