Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, Vince was highly disorganised and unprofessional. Initially I thought I was able to put my money and trust in this company but clearly not. Our initial interaction when I was interested in a boat from him was "that is booked for that date, you should have booked earlier" his tone was extremely condescending, I did not appreciate being talked to in a rude manner when I am paying them a fortune and was referred to this company by a friend. This should have been a warning sign but I still proceeded to put my faith in this company.

Amazing Customer service! All enquiries answered so efficiently and correctly. They went above and beyond to find the most suitable boat for our work Christmas party and we couldn't have asked for a better vessel for the day. I booked a boat with BHS 6+ months in advance to save me from the stress of having to plan it later. Itâs now 3 days before the event and Pippa called me saying theyâve double booked me and all they could do was give my money back. I was shocked and furious, not only do I have to scramble to find another boat last minute in the middle of December, I have to now fork out more money and pay for another boat thatâs much smaller. Pippa and her staff didnât try hard enough to find other boats for me. My husband and I had to find it ourselves. I wouldnât recommend this company to my worst enemy

Recently booked the boat fleet wing for my 21st birthday. From the beginning everyone in this company was so helpful and were happy to assist with absolutely any enquiry. We booked with BHS and they were incredibly helpful - when the boats we were interested in were booked up, Pippa gave us some alternatives to match our budget and number of people for when we were wanting to book. On the day, our Captain Michael and 2IC were incredible, they were so accomodating when there was a mix up about our BBQ booking - even though they had not been told, Michael still had no problem cooking all our food for us without hassle.
It was all a seamless day and we had on of the best Christmas parties with Michael and Senna.
