My computer crashed after resetting my network sand internet. Nothing I could do to fix it as I could not remember my old password! Rang Bob who gave me a reasonable quote; I dropped computer off and picked it up later in the day. Professional and friendly, I know where to go next time!

Bob was absolutely fantastic at fixing my laptop. He was professional and kept me up to date continuously with my issue. Bob was very honest and direct and I felt extremely comfortable with his advise as I had other technicians giving me some advice which I didn’t feel was the right choice to make and was quite a rip off (especially as I have no idea about computers!!). I’m so glad I came across Bob after not being satisfied with the information from others. Bob was very reasonably priced and extremely helpful at the same time. He fixed my laptop in a timely manner and saved me so much money

Robert has been the best by far computer repairer that we have ever experienced and we have tried just about all of them. We had some rare and complex issues that no one else could resolve even after days of trying. Robert came along and it did not take him long to work out the issues.

Robert was very helpful. Came back very quickly with a report on the state of my computer (not good news) and went to a lot of effort to research new computers that would suit. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to others. I felt his costs were reasonable for the work he performed.
