Would not ever use this company for anything. They are very dishonest, don't communicate and will charge you for cleaning & repairs without need or that are not caused by the tenant. Very dodgy business.

Utterly repulsive company. They are shady and take advantage of desperate people to pay for unreasonable repairs and work that has nothing to do with the renter. They ignore calls and never respond, not to mention the only time they do repairs are when you leave and they try to charge you for it. They use cleaning companies who don't show up in any form of search that take days to clean causing cleaning bills to be upwards of $1500. AVOID both to rent from and advertise property for, unless you want to take advantage of people than this is the company for you.
