Two pairs one in black the other in blue. The black were a little tight but I could do up the button and zip (my previous purchase of pants were a little bigger and if I new these pants were smaller I would have gone up a size.) Absolutely happy with the service and the product. Customer service was very helpfully and always answered my email without taking time. I ordered 6 shirts with logos, without even seeing the finished product or material, and so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend CAO to anybody without hesitation. A great company, very trusty. Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 4 items. 2 arrived quickly. No sign of the other 2. After enquiring 4 weeks later I was told there had been a delay and they would arrive soon. After another 4 weeks I was told that 1 item was due in 10 days and the other was still overseas and wouldn’t arrive until August 26. They offered to split… the items and send the one that was due July 30. After it did not arrive in 3 weeks I again made contact to be told it hadn’t arrived either. At no time during ordering was I told the stock would be sent from overseas. And not once was

Lost my item. Took almost a month to arrive. Then wasn’t like the picture-tried online return, couldn’t do it so asked for help via email twice. Two weeks later I asked for help on Facebook. Now two weeks later despite being answered after initial enquiry and asking several times, nothing. Anyone can sell clothes-takes customer service to make a business. Extremely disappointing
