I'd like to start by saying I don't normally leave bad reviews but I am quite disappointed with the service I received from Targeted Business Services. I expected more after being recommended and seeing the good reviews.
Firstly I was charged nearly 3 times what I was initially told over the phone for my tax return and some advice. I understand if there was more to my tax return than initially spoken about but the extra cost should have been communicated clearly to me.
Their communication was poor, each time I emailed they were "out of the office" for several days and hard to contact.
