Received cold call to my private mobile from a rep based in the Philippines, requesting information about my business. Told me they are associated with Google and that they were 'updating' our business information. However, our business has no listing with them, never heard of them before.! Seems like a deceiving and manipulative way to get authorisation to use information without disclosing the true agenda first. Don't care who you are and why you are calling, if you cold call me on my private number, I already don't trust you. Bad business practice.

Account page does not change to free listing instead they deleted my account page without a refund. I sent Sam Elliott an email explaining why I was raising a transaction dispute instead of refunding the money first he said I had to cancel any transaction dispute with my bank. Can anyone see the problem here? I have no guarantee that Dlook will refund because in the email there wasn't a full name or business name down the bottom. All the other emails they sent had that present. Whats going on here?
Update: I got the money back. Let's hope the company is honest in legal matters.
