I called GMR Supplies as I was looking for a small part for my air conditioner, spoke with Kane and he was more than happy to help me out even though I was general public.
Came down to the shop and found all the staff to be very welcoming and polite, Kane had the part in stock that I needed and even though it was a very small and cheap part he was more than happy to have a chat and make suggestions on how to increase the efficiency of running my air con during hot days. Very professional yet laid back and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and will return should

Complained about an Employee(All verifiable via a cctv recording) to Kane the manager,he was very nice about it,sent an email as requested and got a reply very quickly,saying the background checks came up with nothing(Its a low paying job so they take anyone who actually applies) also not to contact GMR again!!
They have a history of covering up anything and everything,directors basically told him to cover it up,but it can’t be covered up,their integrity is very suspect and I would recommend not using them,go to a big supplier that actually has processes in place for this type of complaint,not

Well, guys; Kane, Ryan and Chris, Air Perth told me where to find you... I needed a gadget to clean and straighten the fins in our Inverter air conditioners. I got lost so came home to Google you.

I have been doing business with GMR for many years , they are a family owned and run small business just like mine. i usually deal with Ray , he is very helpful and nothing is every a problem. Asked for a price on a brand ice machine that these people said they deal with, tried selling me a different Brand, told them my customer specified this Brand. Was supplied a price of just under $5000.00. Had already been given a price on the same unit from another wholesaler for just under $4000.00. Chatted them for trying to touch me up, and in a nut shell was just told to not contact them again. Fine they wont be getting business from me as I think they are obviously a rip off. I have been dealing with GMR Supplies for some time now, I have NEVER had a rude dealing with any of the staff, the manager is very professional and actually knows what he is talking about. The team at GMR always go above and beyond to help our company out. I don't know why this past comment has been posted but obviously he does not know the company too well. I have been working within the HVAC-R industry for 12 years now and I have dealt with many suppliers that are involved in the industry, from the eastern side of Australia to the western, however, the crew at GMR are a major standout in customer service and reliability.
