I'm the principal practitioner and I established my practice regionally in the interest of bringing superior Chinese medicine to people living outside of the big cities. We use methods such as acupuncture, herbal medicine (Chinese medicine style), moxibustion, cupping, food medicine and exercise therapy for restoring (and maintaining) health, balance and wellbeing.
We use the time-tested Chinese medicine healthcare system in an integrative and collaborative way, set in a professional and modern medical environment.

Services
Chinese Medicine is a complete system of medicine with our own way at understanding health, diagnosis, disease and treatment. We diagnose in terms of patterns, and patterns can often appear in more than one biological system at once therefore we treat the whole. We use tools and therapies listed below to treat based on this view of healthcare.
All practitioners of Chinese medicine are governed by AHPRA and the CMBA. In order to be a registered practitioner, we have to undergo intense degree qualifications - a 4 or 5 year process depending on the institution. Before we complete our degrees we have already undertaken 600+ hours of practical training in acupuncture, cupping, tui na (acupressure massage), moxibustion, and herbal dispensing.
Before we get started with your treatment, it is a good idea that we get the official stuff out of the way. Below contains important information which applies for all appointments. Your healthcare is important to us and when we make an appointment time it is an agreement with you and that we have made a commitment to your healthcare.
And that they love it! Based on the same principles, theories and diagnostics as acupuncture for humans, it can be applied specifically for the animal kingdom. This is exciting news for our furry friends.
As wonderful as modern medicine is, animals can encounter some limitations to modern treatment, and it's wonderful to know there are complementary therapies available to help improve quality of life with less invasive treatment (that is also enjoyable!).Rob is a fully qualified Veterinarian having graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours in 2004.

Chinese medicine is a complete medical system, with a deep and long history. Because the terminology we use and the way we look at health and treatment, you need to find out if it is for you. Start with our FAQs and About Chinese medicine pages. You can book with Indigo Chinese Medicine online. Sometimes it's a good idea to contact the clinic directly if you have any specific questions or can't find a suitable time.

Beccy’s early work has already made me feel better after just 10 days than I have felt in the past 10 years. My wife Nic, has been looking on, telling me I look better too.
The herbal brew is easier to drink, and while not really ‘nice’, I’ve endured much less enjoyable medicines in the past.
Been really worthwhile and I’m looking forward to progressing it further.
