Great, helpful customer focused business. Excellent product. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have spent many years as a service industry provider and Instant Shade were exemplary in covering the 1% issues before they occurred.
We swapped out a very manky old pool side shade umbrella with a bright and shiny one. Shona was a great help in ensuring the replacement would fit the original base plate and that the product we chose would suit our needs.The new product arrived in Qld from Victoria on schedule, everything fitted and with the help of a strong son in law took about 10 minutes to install

I bought a Paraflex Wall Mounted Umbrella and I'm delighted I did.
It is well worth the money. Excellent quality with a 2 year guarantee. I recently had a problem with the zip - after 1.5 years of ownership.
So I called them. No issue at all. They asked me to take it in and it was fixed within days.
Awesome service.
I previously went through 3 cheap umbrella's from Bunnings and Mitre 10 and would've saved a fair bit by just buying from these guys.

I emailed asking for a price for an item. The sales person replied quite quickly asking me for more information about what I was interested in. I responded immediately with the information and then heard nothing more (as yet, 3 days further on). I want to buy a product but they don't seem too keen on selling it to me.
Thanks to the owner for responding here. It prompted me to search my emails and I found the reply as stated below but it had gone into my promotions email box which I don't routinely check.
