If you need to bring in your unit, there is no need to make a booking. Just drop in when its convenient. Some repairs can be done on the spot but in most cases, you will need to check your device in for us to diagnose it, order parts if necessary and fit them. All Apple devices when purchased new from an Authorised Reseller have a one year warranty.
Can't get to an Apple Authorised Service Provider store but you really need your device fixed? Once we receive the device, we will assess it and contact you with a quote to see if you would like to go ahead.
If you do, we will complete the repair and the invoiced amount will include a fee of approximately $20 - $30 for return postage the exact amount depends on the weight of your device and the size of the packaging but we will quote a definite price at the time.This price will include the cost of the postage.

I am in charge of an educational institution or a business, can I get someone to pick up our broken machine(s)? 5. I have a broken machine with an extended warranty however it is not an AppleCare.
