Wilson Pateras brands itself as a boutique company, and it really is just that - a boutique company more interested in its own brand image. The whole company becomes a self-serving machine, not focused on clients. We've experienced no returned or acknowledged emails or follow up calls several times. Several administrative services are out sourced to their third party subcontractors, and you always get the feeling that everyone is just too busy. They have a very annoying automated email system of contacting you for either unrelated topics, making you feel their service is impersonal, and/or chasing
