Friendly and professional. Maurice used a special jet rod device to fix a problem that others have tried to do and failed. A snake device had been tried before and the next option was to dig everything up and replace. I used QLD Utility Locating on a recommendation and so happy I did. If the jet rod didn't work they were going use a drain locating camera to look or a gpr ground penetrating radar ( think that is what it was called) but wasn't required. Can't even start to explain the jet rod other than a couple of goes and it had cut through the obstruction. Several storms and downpours and all

We've had continual problems with a storm water pipe at the side of our house. In heavy rain the down-pipe backed up and flooded the back door area under the house. Maurice located about 5 blockages! The drain was full of old silt and debris from the roof. The drain fed right to the street and Maurice put about 200 litres of water through high pressure rodder and removed the blockages. The pic shows the drain build up washing away.
