Even if we are just breaking dirt or if we are doing Deep Excavations, Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) MOCS plans are obtained and existing assets proved prior to commencement of all work. I founded a TriState Surveying, Inc. 01 January 2001. One of my first needs was to establish a support team. Most of my projects require the depiction of sub-surface infrastructure, therefore I was in immediate need of the service that they provide.
While at a Central Chapter of Professional Surveyors of Colorado meeting in the Denver Tech Center in late 2001 I met Ken & Kelly as they provided a presentation . They were young & excited about their new venture. I got a very good feel from them as both being solid pillars of the community. I decided right then to give them

I have worked with UCS for years and Ken and Kelly’s team has been great. They’re very responsive, well-trained, and genuinely care about doing a good job for their clients. What I like the most is that, if there is a concern or problem, they’ll address it immediately with no questions asked. Also, they are now offering SUE services, which is great. Highly recommend!!

I have been using UCS for all my private underground utility locates since 2001. Before 2001, the companies i used generally did not show up when scheduled, charged more then the bid and usually missed items. When UCS first approached me in 2001 i was very hesitant - but within weeks i knew i had my locate guys. They are dependable, on time, easy to work with, invoices are correct, competent and always professional. A couple of years ago UCS starting providing a pothole service. I have been using there pothole team for about 3 years now. i would recommend UCS for all your private utility and potholing

This is the WORST company ever! DO NOT go to them. I walked in as a referral to seek their services. It also just so happens I work for the business division of Staples and thought this was a great opportunity to get my foot in the door since they already knew one of my family members. However, they knew none of that. I walked in and 4 people were standing there. All I literally said was Hi, how are you guys? Every person in the room had a blank face and I got no response to my how are you? This lady spoke and said can I help you? What do you want? Why are you in here? Totally caught off guard
