To be honest,
Tony was terrible at customer service. The lady behind counter was also strange. As a new customer did not feel good and about the price all are same with other places. There are places selling cheapper. waste of money and time.
The boss Roy was good at first day when paid deposits to book tyres. Fitting day Monday 19/07/2021 at 12:07 pm, he wasn’t at office and Tony behave no respect, no polite. If you want to go somewhere more trustworthy try other places. You can buy online cheapper then choose your fitting place. Good luck.

These guys were more than the reviews suggest in my case. I was told by a mechanic I had a buckled wheel. Took it to a wheel repair specialist who checked and told me all my 4 wheels were buckled and needed repair. That’s $600 in total!
So I obviously wanted second opinion and came here. The bloke here is a legend. He checked and showed me my front wheels were out of balance. $50 and all my vibrations gone! Not even 1 buckled wheel! Highly recommended! Extremely hard to find honest mechanics these days!

Called them up today to see if they have a spot available to put on tyres and they said to come in ASAP. Once i have arrived at 4.30pm, they said come back tomorrow as they are closed... They close at 5.30pm.... Very bad customer service from the old man too, telling me that it will take 1 hour to change one tyre.... Never again will i be going back there...
