Over the past 3 years they have sorted problems big and small - ducted aircon decommissioning, replacement and servicing, upgraded wiring, and a simple RCD issue.
Always prompt, efficient, value for money and clean and tidy.

Our experience with Platinum Power and Air was excellent. Glen arrived on time and called before arriving as promised. He spent over 2hrs servicing our two split system aircon units, giving us detailed information on a few issues he spotted (which no one had before!) and what he recommended we do, all the while taking great care not to dirty our small unit as he did so. They are immaculately clean, both inside and out as he also took the time to wash the casings as well. Once finished he asked if we would like a complimentary fire alarm and circuit board check? Of course we said yes! We cannot

Can't say enough about this company. Hayden and his team were fantastic from the start until the end. So quick, Clean, helpful, polite, nothing was too much.I had Ducted air con taken out and a Split system put in. I would highly recommend this company and will do.

I recently had Hayden and his team install a Mitsubishi heavy industry air conditioning system. He took the time to really assess our needs and discuss the various options with us. The experience from initial meeting to installation was exceptional and the service provided by Amy was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this business for quality products, great friendly service and price.
