It is best to clean, seal and install pave set as soon as possible after the paving has been laid. Sealing and installing silica jointing sand assists with maintenance. If this has been done, then from time to time a clean with a high pressure or garden hose. Use a high pressure hose to give a general clean, this should remove any loose surface dirt.
