During the week, we run the only factory in the region still manufacturing window furnishings. We employ over 100 staff, doing our best to provide jobs and support the local economy as much as we can. Sure, we could move our manufacturing interstate or overseas to increase profits, but that's not who we are.

We love our block-out honeycomb blinds from Watson Blinds and Awnings! They do the job perfectly, look good, and make the room look bigger. Craig looked after us and communicated with us well, giving us helpful advice and was very accommodating when we decided to change what we wanted. And all this happened during COVID lockdown! Watson delivered when they said they would. Plus we’re so glad that we were able to support a local manufacturer.

A few years back we went to Watsons to get some Roman blinds installed in our living room. Recently we wanted to get the same blinds in a similar fabric to match in each bedroom. It was a small thing but was really nice to learn that Watson still had our details on file and we were able to get the same material to match even though it was years later. Great customer service, will definitely be going back in the future.

I recently renovated my house. I had 20+ windows to furnish. I chose Watson's because I wanted to support a local company. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, the staff were competent, professional and friendly.
