Do you feel like your breasts don't match your figure? The desire to change your breasts varies in forms from woman to woman and man to man.
Finally making the decision to have a breast augmentation always takes a while. You might know friends or family who have had the procedure and have finally decided that now is the time for you. The common thread for all women who have this procedure is that they want to achieve a better balance between their bust and the rest of their figure.
Breast reconstruction takes many varied forms but can be broadly divided into three main areas. Firstly, using your own tissue to make a breast (autologous reconstruction). Secondly, using predominantly an implant to make a breast (alloplastic reconstruction) and finally using a combination of both- a hybrid breast reconstruction.
Sometimes an implant alone won't give you the shape and volume that you need. Losing breast volume is a normal part of the ageing process and particularly common after having children, breast feeding and losing weight. When this happens, an implant is often needed to give you the lost volume and the lift part of the procedure is used to place the nipple in the right position.

I had such a positive and wonderful experience with Dr Phoon. I felt comfortable with him from my initial appointment and he was open and honest about what my options were. I was confident we were on the same page right from the beginning and that continued throughout the entire process. In December 2020 had a full abdominoplasty with hernia and muscle repair along with flank liposuction and a breast lift. Dr Phoon is extremely professional and fastidious when it came to taking care and understanding my needs and expectations for my particular elective surgery. I felt totally confident that I would be in good hands, his care and expertise in his field assured me that I didn’t need a second opinion. The entire end to end process of the surgery ran smoothly without any pain, bleeding, swelling or complications. Dr Alex, what can I say about him ! He is one of the best in Sydney. For me, The only one. I had many consultations before going to Dr Phoon and as i had my first consultation, i knew my search was over, soon after my first visit, I booked my surgery. He answered all my questions, explained everything well and ultimately made the best decision for me as he knew what my concerns were and was very realistic and honest about the whole procedure. I am over the moon with the results Dr Phoon has achieved! I’m nearly 60 and for the first time EVER I love my body!! I would also like to mention the team behind Alex Phoon. I live in regional NSW - 6+ hours from Sydney - so popping into the rooms was not possible. The team recognised this and were really accommodating, making every effort to ensure I received the same wonderful level of service that their metro clients enjoy. I had confidence in Dr Phoon 100% of the way of my cosmetic journey. He is such a knowledgeable and skilled PS, to top it off also such a nice person. Literally every appointment I walked out saying ‘god he’s nice’
I’m 1.5 months post op and am so happy with my results. Dr Phoon performed a breast lift and slight reduction with no implant. I’ve had no complications and am healing very nicely, scars already barely noticeable.
