A bit disappointed with the chauffeur service. Maddy was very accomodating on the phone however had trouble hearing him not sure why connection on their side was weak especially when it comes to volume. The driver was initially going to be assigned to be 3 days before the event which turned out to be a day before the event which made me quite stressed with the uncertainty of driver availability not sure if this was a staffing shortage issue. On the day of the event the driver did arrive promptly however when he dropped me off so I could do the photoshoot, he said he would be parking in same place

Ichauffeur supplied cars & drivers for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough. The cars were immaculate and the drivers were super professional and jovial. We had to change our booking a few times due to covid and the team could not have been more accommodating and understanding. Great value, professional service and beautiful cars! Thank you very much Maddy in helping us with a trip from Melbourne to Great Ocean Drive. He was was very professional and guided us very well for our trip to Great Ocean Drive.
Even though we decided not to use the car services, and decided to drive down ourself, but he was very professional in helping us with the plan.
He advised us a lot about the best route to get there and good spots to break for lunch.
