When you find you have a drain blockage, the problem can be caused by a broken or collapsed pipe. When this happened in the past the fix involved digging up your garden to remove the broken pipe and replace it with a new one. This method is time consuming, messy and expensive. Today there's a new technique called pipe relining and if you live on the Northern Beaches we're one of few local plumbers qualified to undertake pipe relining.
That means you won't have to wait longer than necessary to get that pipe or sewer working as it should. And because we are efficient, it won't cost more than it should. Our CCTV camera allows for in pipe inspection and gives us a clear picture of what we are dealing with. We can then use our jetter which can flush any debris away using a high pressure water stream.
We are available at any time of the day or night so when you find the hot tap running cold call us straight away and we'll sort things out for you. Highly Recommend - Rhys and the team were a great help with our clay pipe issues! By relining we saved a great deal of disruption from breaking up concrete pathways to access pipes not to mention the issues under the concrete slab of our house which was inaccessible. I telephoned Platinum Plumbers late yesterday afternoon as my Mother's boiler was making a strange smell. Unfortunately unable to get to me the same day the Plumber arrived promptly at 8 am this morning, quickly diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and carried out a full test of the system. I cant fault the service that Platinum Plumbers has provided. Responsive service and excellent value for money.

I can highly recommend Rob and his team from Platinum Plumbers following them installing a boiler for us last year. The job was completed to a high standard, with the team carrying out their work in a tidy and professional manner. Rob is clearly very experienced and went to great lengths to explain what was wrong with our previous boiler system, and the benefits of the new boiler. If you are looking for a plumber who knows their stuff and charges a fair price, look no further!

The owner Rob appeared to be professional but not very honest about his charges. He was hired to investigate a toilet issue. He previously advised that it would take about an hour (2 hrs max). He was also asked to look at 2 other small issues on the day, which only took about 5 mins on each job. He completed looking at all the issues after spending 35 mins. He just needed to put things back together and clean up. He wanted to charge 3 hrs (1.5 hrs labour x2) because he brought someone with him on the day, who appeared to be an apprentice, as Rob had been teaching him how things were done, etc.

I have used this company a couple of occasions (checking and trouble shooting a leak from my bathroom and replacing a kitchen tap after stopping a leak). I found the service extremely professional throughout - from the Manager, the Office to the workmen; for example, both times I received a very clear and detailed breakdown of what they were going to do and was kept up to date and consulted when the situation changed. The guys arrived on time, were polite, efficient and clean. Likewise, Communications with the Office was timely cuteous and efficient. This is a good company, that reminds me of values

After making my staff work in Dickensian freezing office temperatures due to a faulty radiator, I asked Rob of Platinum Plumbers if he would take a look at it.
Expecting Rob to say that it was really too small a job, I was so pleased with his eagerness and enthusiasm to come out and take a look.
Arriving with his able apprentice Sam, Rob took the time and care to explain what the fault was likely to be and the options available to hopefully repair. This included the consequences that could occur if the simple repair option did not work.
The upshot was that Rob got the radiator working within
