We are close to three Mitchell Freeway entry/exits and easy to get to when towing a boat trailer. We have extended opening hrs for easy off road boat drop off and pick ups. Dishonest, poor customer service.
Initial dishonesty in early Jan after having my yearly engine service and fuel sender replaced. I was quoted around $530 for this on the phone however was presented an invoice for $980 upon picking up the boat.
The staff member (Josh) questioned me about this for a while before magically reducing the invoice back down to the quoted amount with a few mouse clicks. Amazing.
I then received some very ordinary customer service after I found the fuel sender replacement to have leaked around 40l into my hull on my next trip out in early Feb. The new sender had not

I would highly recommend the team at Muhling. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They answered all of my questions and encouraged me to let them know how the motor went after a run. They showed me all of the replaced parts and explained why they needed replacing, and how to keep my motor running at top condition.

I purchased a bilge pump from these guys, the part was literally not available in Perth and had to be supplied from QLD. Not only did Muhling get me the part at most likely the best price in Perth but had it delivered express and in my hand the next day!!!! Incredible. I have not seen service like this in years!! Brilliant!

Got my engine serviced here a couple of times, one that they sold me.
Had another mechanic look over it and he showed me that they had put something on backwards! I asked them to change rusty nuts and bolts but they only changed the nuts and charged me for both.
Also fitted something that was cracked.
The owner also told me that my transom was buggered so put me on to one of his mates that works in Wangara out the back of a tool shop to replace it.
The repair job cracked 4 times and bung holes not sealed correctly so the ply is saturated again.
Refused to fix it the last time as he said he

The service, care and advice I have received from these guys is brilliant. I needed advice on a motor I am buying (with a boat attached to it!) and they firstly tried to squeeze me in for a mechanical check when they were fully booked. Then they spent 15 minutes of their time interpreting an engine report I sent them - and I have never stepped foot in their shop before! I will be from now on.
Mary and Ralton both went out of their way to help. I still can't believe their friendly and helpful attitude. I'll be recommending these guys to anyone that needs service repairs or equipment.

These guys go above and beyond any other business i have ever taken my boat too. the hard work and the passion all the staff have about boats is amazing! the guys went through my motor with me and showed me what was wrong with it and all the minor detail that i really thought was worth giving them my business. i will not be going anywhere else!
