Injection moulding is designed for high volume production. If you need just a few parts there are other methods more suited. A search in the Yellow Pages using 'Plastics -Fabricators' should provide some local results. Are they skilled in moulding the type of material required? Again you don't want to be the experiment, some materials can be difficult to mould and require specialised equipment.

We can also assist you in material selection and if required can obtain expert advice to make certain that the best material is chosen for the intended purpose of your product.
Yes we can, and we can access specialised technical information from a range of suppliers if required as there are currently more than 75,000 grades of raw material available. Generally commodity type plastic resins start at about $2 a kilo, but some of the engineering grade materials may cost $100+ per kilo.
