Absolutely terrible service, Took my deposit for cake on 22.8 which was due to be received at beginning of October. Paveen confirmed receipt of payment and no communication after this. Tried contacting via facebook, insta, emails and phone calls and nothing and missed my daughters birthday, then receive a message at end October telling me my emails went to junk and will refund deposit. So disappointed that a small business behaves like this and thinks it is okay to let people down

I was looking for a last minute custom made Liverpool themed birthday cake & emailed Ab Fab cakes based on a google search.
Paveen responded to my email promptly & helped arranged for what I was after.
Friendly service, delicious cake that’s not overly sweet & good craftsmanship.
I would recommend these ladies for your next event if you’d like to wow people with presentation & taste.

Absolutely amazing cake! We’ve ordered this superhero cake for our wedding. Paveen was very kind to assist us in giving design advice based on our budget. They have delivered our cake on time and safely to the wedding venue. The icing has been made exactly same as the picture I have provided. It is perfect! I had an absolutely great experience with AB FAB Cakes. They were able to accommodate my order with only a few days' notice (3 days to be exact) at a very affordable price.
The cake was exactly how I wanted it to be. It was an exact copy of the sample photo I provided them. The cake and the fondant itself was DELICIOUS! My partner LOVED it.
Also, when I was not able to claim my order the exact day I requested it to be collected, the owner showed a genuinely great concern. I would say, that's great customer service.

I recently ordered my daughter's 21st cake through AB FAB and I was very happy with our experience. They were very easy to work with and offered ideas and best method for decorating with flowers. The cake was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted beautiful (we had strawberry frosting inside). I would certainly recommend AB FAB and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
