Atomic Irrigation Services has been established as a business since 2010 and members have been working in the local industry since 1996. With strong local roots we believe in making sure our service and quality is second to none. Giving the people of Townsville and surrounds the best quality and value for money irrigation is our aim.
The addition of a bore and pump to your landscaped area means you have your very own independent water supply. Being local to Townsville we are committed to providing the best service at a competitive price. We have been maintaining. At Atomic we are always on the lookout for new products to improve our service to our customers.
When you take possession of your new home, if you have installed an automatic irrigation system, make sure you check the irrigation cycles that have been programmed. In order to establish the lawns, the irrigation cycles may have been set to run more frequently than normally required and you may be using much more water than you realise.
Our garden and lawns were irrigated using an old pop-up system which used far too much water and was disallowed during the tough level 3 water restrictions. Dan and his team installed an underground drip system (which is allowed under level 3 restrictions ) to both our lawns and gardens.
This system has a smart controller and using the Hydrawise App it's very easy to monitor your water usage and it's smart enough to turn the program off if when it rains.Dan from Atomic, I can not fault him, he is truly a master at irrigation. He is always helpful & always on time. We had very little water from the bore but with the system Atomic installed we have full coverage and room to expand if we want to.

The Client is taken to have exclusively accepted and is immediately bound, jointly and severally, by these terms and conditions if the Client places an order for or accepts delivery of the Goods. These terms and conditions may only be amended with Atomic's consent in writing and shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with any other document or agreement between the Client and Atomic.

We had a couple of repairs done to an existing system that were handled quite quickly and promptly by Basil. We decided to bite the bullet and get the team to complete a brand new system from scratch. No site visit after two weeks from enquiry for a quote. Promised date for start of work went by and was told their machine broke a pin and had no response since going on almost 10 weeks now from first contact. Unfortunate to say the least however we have had to now go elsewhere and get not just a new system but redo the lawn as it has now suffered from almost 3 months of no water.

Could not be happier with the work and service provided by Atomic Irrigation. Quick, professional, and tailored to my yard and needs. The staff are friendly, and do a very clean job (tidying as they went). They designed a system specific to my yard needs, and could not do enough to help. I genuinely cannot recommend Dan and his team enough... if you are looking for irrigation, and want the best without being stung by dodgy operators and inflated budgets - then speak to Atomic Irrigation... you will not be disappointed.

In any review, you hope that the reviewer "calls it like it is". Since the person reading the review depends on their integrity to make a good decision. I am an elderly pensioner in Bushland Beach and gave Atomic Irrigation a rating of 5 for the following reasons.
Dan is a man of his word (old-time value). And when he said he would come-he did. He and his men were courteous and thorough and Dan quoted in detail via email so there were no misunderstandings.
Work was done well and on time and his price was lower than some other quotes. They came back a week later to make sure there were no problems

Fantastic result and good service on our residential installation. We received professionally presented quotes, offering us a set of alternatives at different price points. There was a short wait to installation, but once the project commenced it all went very smoothly. The team were professional and very friendly. We have had one small equipment failure but Dan ordered a new component and had it installed promptly. The monitoring and assistance with the Hydrawise system has been great. Highly recommended.

Dan and his team provide a fast, efficient and excellent service. Dan set up our irrigation system from scratch and is very knowledgable about available products and only installs quality products. We get Dan to come and do a periodic service and nothing is ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend Dan for all your irrigation needs.
