Our family of 4 and another family of 4 friends of ours stayed here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Clean large family rooms with lovely fun and accommodating staff. It's super central with everything within a couple of mins' walk. The pool is a great size and the kids had a ball. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have an outdoor seating area but other than that, highly recommend!

Fantastic as always. Staff very friendly, helpful and very down to earth, happy to stop for a chat and to share there knowledge of the area. We stayed for 5 nights in a King spa room on the 2nd floor looking over the pool area, which was always kept nice and clean, the rooms have been renovated since our last stay and are looking very fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning and WIFI were brilliant, the rooms were quite and even though we were close to the stairwell the only real noise we heard at night were other guests coming and going, some were noisy at times, but

As repeat visitors, we've always found Kiama Shores to be clean and comfortable, staff friendly and location superb.
With the recent change of management we found staff approachable, helpful and supportive (thanks esp to Pauline).
Clean and comfortable rooms (super comfy beds), wonderful pool.
The property is within walking distance to shopping centre (Woolies), restaurants, shops and attractions. Bombo Beach/Quarry and Little Blow Hole are 5 min car ride.
Cons: Shower head and clothes line could do with replacement, installation of recycling bins would be super.

Do not waste your money on this place, it is not like the actual advertisement.
Spa didn’t work, and they didn’t tell us until we got there and checked it ourselves and when i told the them they refused to partially refund us or move us to another room.
Toilet papers had wet finger prints on them everytime cleaners were doing room service.
This place is extremely expensive for its low quality.
If you book in Meriton hotels you get alot more with a cheaper price, that’s how I’m gonna decide my trip next time, if there is a Meriton Hotel then i will go there and spend couple of days in

Stay away from this hotel.
I had made a booking in June 2021, i had to cancel the booking coz of the lockdown in Sydney. I was told that I will get credit which can be used in 6 months. When i called them back after the lockdown ended, they said that they don't have record of my credit and refused to acknowledge that i had even paid them in June.
Payment done directly to hotel.
This is highly unprofessional. I lost AUD 500 without a reason. Stay away from these unprofessional people.

Room was very spacious and bed was nice and comfortable
Nice and quiet area with discounts in the cafe out the front. Plenty of parking at the rear and the location is great right next to cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street mall and Woolworths and a short walk to the water

Nice Central location. Clean spacious rooms. Has a pool outside. The 3 levels of rooms in from and back. Free car parking and wifi. Has a Cafe out front with guest discount. One thing strange about the toilet is that the toilet roll holder is actually behind you when you are sitting on the toilet. I've seen this a few times in different hotels and I really don't know how people expect you to turn around and reach.

Clean, Comfortable and nice spot for overnight stay. We stayed in the queen room with balcony. Though it overlooked the parking lot, it was a spacious room with the right amount of amenities. There was an issue with the outlet in the bathroom but the friendly staff were very accommodating. The location is superb easy walking distance to cafes and shops
