1 star is more than what you deserve . We had a the worst experience ever and very disappointed with poor customer service . The lady at the door ( who is checking the booking number) was extremely rude and unprofessional . I would like to know who is in charge of this place and let this lady working there because she acted atrocious . Maybe you should learn to staff, what and how customers service is really about.After a long shutdown you’d think you would be welcoming the business. We won’t come back here until that rude woman work.

Honestly such a trash venue. Staff pretending to be patrons and then abusing my friend. Not to mention my friend bought a drink from the bar, asked for no straws and then was mocked by the bar staff and given strawers.. the crowd at the venue were just trashy lip injected girls who thought they were above everyone else. No character in this bar, would not recommend at all.

It was worst! I would highly NOT recommend going there, there was no food facility not even the nibbles. I was there for an event organized by Flamingo lounge itself, Timings were 9 pm to midnight, when asked for nibbles at 10 they said coming and will be served soon and after waiting for half an hour we were told that food is over!
Also, they asked everyone to leave their tables of some particular area, without any notice or without caring that someone has a full bottle to drink on the table, yes! it wasn’t saying reserved at all when we took the table! And still bouncers came and said leave

I gave this place 1 star because there were so many people smoking inside! I’m not a smoker and I was finding it difficult to breathe after few hours. The place left my entire clothes and hair smell like smoke and when I got home my partner asked me if I smoked because I had such a strong smoke smell all over me!! They should be regulating the smoking areas (have designated areas) and non smokers shouldn’t be forced to swim in a pool of smoke the entire night. I would have left earlier but I was there for some friends so I couldn’t just leave because of the smoke. I don’t see myself going

Went for the day of the dead celebration event. Blatant marketing campaign for Patrone. Did not receive welcome drink as advertised. Most people not dressed up for event. Drinks over priced. Nice seating and pizzas looked good but seedy atmosphere. Music was good. Fight broke out 50m down the road as we left at midnight.

Absolute appalling service. Paid $25 entry fee, only to be snubbed at the bar whilst waiting over 20 mins to be served.
We walked out after much frustration. Asked the bar tender why others were served prior to us when we had been waiting before them, he gave an excuse that they had priority.
Complained to the girl who collected entry fee and she said that had we used the other bar we would have been served faster!??? Really? Not good enough!

Went for the Dias de Muertos event. Tickets were 25 bucks and we were supposed to get a margarita when we arrived. When we arrived we were told 'welcome' drinks were over. This was a pop up media event, with a bunch of promo girls posing with bottles. If you have had plastic surgery this is a fun place to look cute. Impossible to get another drink after 10pm and the busboys would not stop trying to clear away our half full drinks.
