Phillipa was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. She took all of the worry out of my home loan and FHOG. All I had to do was sign the forms. Phillipa was always just an email or phone call away, no question too big or small and she always replied promptly. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Andrew and the team made it supper easy for us.
We got our first mortgage through them three years ago and recently we refinanced gain with a great package once again through Serle financial group. The team is very easy to work with and all the information and advice we received was reliable. Been to few other people before and they didn't know what they could and could not do.
Some gave us only hopes but couldn't really get us what we needed.

My brother, sister, work colleagues all have come through or looking to. If I didn’t have you in my corner at settlement I would have terminated. You had a broad knowledge of all areas but smashed it out of the ball park with finance. You truly are a lovely person and there to help everyone. I could not rate you any higher if I could I would. Right from the start Bec and her team were committed to helping me get my financials in order, to be able to successfully manage the intricacies of changing banks and getting the best deal. Not only that but they liaised and followed up with the banks and the lawyers to make sure that things would continue to progress in a timely manner.
