Great testing room with so many speakers to do back to back testing! As a hifi rookie with no hifi speaker experience, I get to listen and compare so many speakers from different brands and find out the best speaker for my ears and music. Thank you so much!!

First time I used this place they were really great which is why I returned when I had another issue. This time they were absolutely horrible from the very beginning. First, I had to chase the company up several times to get information on when the guy would actually be coming out to fix a hifi issue. The guy who finally came out to fix this issue did so, but then caused another issue where something that was working beforehand no longer was. Then he tried to tell me he was doing me a good deal on the price as he should have charged me double the price as 2 of them came out (I was only quoted for

I have bought a few Sonos products from Instyle at both the old Five Dock location and the new Dural Store.
The new store is well laid out with rooms showcasing both 2-channel systems for all budgets and some pretty extensive home theatre setups.
Their top end HT room is awesome! Mario showcased some movie highlights with crystal clear 4K pictures and the surround sound setup really packed some punch. It was such an immersive demonstration ... I totally felt like I was actually at Wembley Stadium during the Bohemian Rhapsody demo!
We sometimes treat ourselves to Gold Class but what I heard here

I ordered a Sonos speaker, and then 24 hours later the order was cancelled without any reason or explanation. Be aware of this if you order that it may just get cancelled without any correspondence.

Spent a significant amount of money with Mario over the years. His knowledge, service and advice is fantastic. He even stored a large, bulky purchase (2 x Focal 826V and Sub) for me for several months whilst I was building my home - at his old store location. Spent an hour with me testing his range of speakers until I found the right sound. Can't fault service, knowledge or experience.

I don't recommend Instyle Home Theater & Hi Fi as a reliable source to purchase your products. I had manufacturer warranty issues with my Bose product, what was meant to be a swift replacement ended up being 3 weeks of being let down during several phone conversations with the salesperson.
There were no attempts of contacting me informing me of the delays and I had ended up demanding a resolution.
