We don't use stock standard sizes or kits. We are registered to provide home owner's warranty insurance via the Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF). This is required for any job built that is more than $20,000 in value. We draw all plans and specifications and submit them to Council on your behalf, when required.

Premier built a pergola for me and everything happened on time. Jason did a tremendous job of installation, a perfectionist like myself. I had two quotes and Premier's was much lower. Premier's design was simpler and more elegant than the other quote and fits the house perfectly.. Would recommend them highly on the basis of my job.

I am really fussy about who I get to do work for me. After receiving a recommendation from a friend I contacted Premier Improvement about an attached carport I was planning. Anyway, their work was terrific and everyone was so helpful from the initial on site contact to the tradesmen who did the construction. The result was all I had envisaged… and at a great price. I wasn't disappointed at all.
More recently I needed an insurance replacement of my hail damaged rear verandah roof. It was an intricate roof design but it proved to be quite straight forward for the guys from Premier Improvements
