With the largest laser cutter in Perth, Western Australia, Simmonds Laser & Tube Cutting can cut 2400mm x 6000mm plates with a thickness of up to 30mm and a tolerance of 0.2mm. Our range includes 3D Laser Cutters, Flat Bed Laser Cutters and Press Brake machines, this ensures we have you covered in all aspects of steel processing and cut to size steel plates.
Simmonds Laser & Tube Cutting offer an extensive pressing /bending and metal folding service. Our wide range of tooling and dies, combined with our 400 tonne capacity enables us to cover all of your bending needs. Thanks to Ben, Serine and Chris at Simmonds Steel with manufacturing a heat shield for my daughter's Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Not only did Chris manufacture this heat shield from a high grade stainless steel sheet but also perfectly laser cut the Royal Enfield name on the sheet. The heat shield was then polished by Chris to a chrome type finish. Simmonds Steel manufactured this heat shield to the exact dimensions I had provided them.
Superb job, I highly recommend Simmonds Steel and will certainly use them again in the future.

Bursting with the enthusiasm & excitement of a kid in a lolly shop, I took the 'can do' assurances given by Simmonds, straight back to my office and firmed up with a quote request and supporting drawings - And 2 weeks later, still not a word from them, and my cutting orders placed elsewhere. A very deflating reality.

I can honestly say this business was a pleasure to deal with and also supply quality products. Went to get quote's on structural steel, and coating options for a medium - large construction contract. Was great to find the range of services and options available, these guys are certified specialists in powder coatings, and any integrated treated timber solutions/options.
Prior to construction, the 3D modelling team gave us a clear perspective into how our project would look, before we began construction.
Handy stuff.
