Bought furniture from here in 2020 around November. They delivered the marble table but there was an issue with the base and so the driver put a temporary spare one they had in the truck and said they will replace with new one when they get it. Till today I haven't received it. And when I call about it they now saying the base I have is original and new. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

Highly Recommend! I been to some big chains and others advertised for Black Friday sale but am really happy that I came here. They have quite a few stocks on floor and even more in their catalogue. Hence the designs are more boutique and exquisite.

Don’t recommend for anyone to go here and buy furniture. We bought in March this year and it’s Dec,
After 6 months D table n chairs have arrived still waiting for..buffet top, coffee table and tv unit…When we bought, promised to b delivered in 3 months it’s been 10 months. Understand due to Covid we were in lockdown but everything was started 2 months ago even international shipments.. Very bad customer service. Every time called promoting to cancel my order and saying shipment price have gone up. Called in sep.. it will come in October.. called in Oct.. it will come in before Christmas

Recently we decided to buy a new dinning table and chairs. After visiting a number of shops in Auburn, we arrived at Fortune Furniture. A very enjoyable experience with quality products. It took two visits before we settled on the particular unit. The price was exceptionally good. There was a minor manufacturers issue with one of the chairs which was replaced immediately without any hesitation. On each occasion we were attended to by Saila, a very friendly, considerate and caring person. To say our overall experience was delightful really understates just how good it was and how pleased we are
