Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I replied to an ad for a used scissor lift (dealt with Nathan) he sent me further pictures of the machine, was the same machine in the ad, looked great. We agreed on a price. I told him i was a 2hr drive away. Upon arrival he showed me a different machine in very poor condition compared to the machine i was led to believe i was receiving. Clearly fraudulent advertising just to get me there. Wasted 4 hrs driving. Massive time waster.

Hi Medium B. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I have been dealing with Active Forklifts (AF) for MANY years and even when I need something last minute they manage to find a solution and always get out of their way to assist. I have to be honest, I have dealt with many others out there and AF have been such a pleasure to work with especially Nathan, he is always on top of things and has also sent thru pics when requested and they have always been what you see is what you get. I wish you would give them another try as nothing in life is perfect and there will always be a bad experience

Ask for Nathan - top guy. We are a clothing company, with no idea about forklifts. He helped us choose the right 2nd hand machine (at a great price), had a it refurbished, delivered, serviced & it works a treat. Even our questions are answered in the matter of hours - post sales. Highly recommend them!
