I found Varsha very professional in her work. She perservered until I found the unit I was happy with. She was also very thorough in educating on how to get the best out of my aides. My partner and I are from the country and she accommodated us with joint appointments on a Saturday. Very happy with my aides and the service. Thank you.

Agape hearing was recommended to me by a friend...I'm so glad they did. Over several years I have been to no less than 5 other audiologists and was beginning to think that I would have to resolve myself to be content with what I had. Varsha conducted all her work with me on a highly professional basis, even picking up on a number of areas where there were opportunities for further optimisation. Notably, she incorporated my preferences into the customisation of my Oticon more devices to the point that I now want to wear my hearing aids, whereas before it was something I did with a degree of reluctance

On my journey in researching hearing aids, I came accross the name Agape Hearing and Processing Clinic.
The name AGAPE attracted me as the word Agape derives form the Acient Greek Word found in the Bible meaning immeasurable and imcomparable love for human mankind.
I can honestly say the name Agape best describes my experience whilst dealing with Varsha and her business.
Varsha conducts herself in her profession with compassion and honesty as well as going above and beyond her means in regards to advice and guidance of the Hearing Aid Device.
