Alissa is one in a million - I placed my order one day prior and she stayed back and delivered it after hours! Despite the Christmas backlog of orders! From one small business owner to another, this is how you do it!
Needed a couple of bunches of balloons for the tables at my father's 80th birthday, nothing was too much trouble, great communication. All printed up and the colours we wanted. And here's the kicker Alissa came down and opened up her shop out of hours so I could collect late Friday afternoon.

Last weekend was the third time I ordered balloons and I can safely say they never disappoint. Firstly, I love that they deliver. The ladies on the phone always take my order so easily and understand everything I need with no fuss. The balloons look beautiful and last SO long. Absolutely amazing service! Was treated very well, staff were very kind and knew exactly what I wanted and explained things very well. I just want to say a massive thank you to Chantelle, she was so friendly from the time I walked in the door, showed me exactly how my balloons would look like and when I had to make a last minute colour change, she was more than happy to help, it's always nice to get great customer service, the set up was perfect, would recommend them to everyone, awesome service from beginning to end
