Since then, she has worked in various locations in Queensland and Sydney, picking up skills along the way, before finally settling in Coogee with her husband.

We are committed to providing you with a high standard of evidence based care to assist in achieving your treatment goals, in a safe and timely manner. We are one of the few Physiotherapy Practices in the Coogee/Randwick/Kingsford area's to provide Clinical Exercises (with Pilates Reformer), dry needling and spinal traction.

They are experts in movement and function and work with clients to overcome movement disorders. Neck pain and headaches (cervicogenic headache, muscular pain, joint dysfunction, disc bulges).
Aspire Physiotherapy provides Clinical Exercise Classes. These classes incorporate Rehabilitative strengthening/mobility/balance exercises as well as elements of Clinical Pilates and are ideal for anyone recovering from injury, experiencing chronic pain, following child-birth, or returning (or new to) to exercise.
Private patients do not need a referral. A referral from a GP is only required if a third party will be making payments, such as DVA, WorkCover or Medicare EPC. Medicare does not generally cover Physiotherapy, however you may be eligible for the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme, a government scheme that can attract a rebate from Medicare ($54.60 at the time of writing).
