We are authorised warranty repairers for Conqueror Caravans, Trackmaster Caravans and Pioneer Campers, plus we are insurance repair experts. Our head mechanic George Minaides is a qualified steel fabricator (boilermaker) with over 40 years' experience in metal fabrication.
For over 11 years he owned and operated Follow Me Campers where he was not only the man behind all their camper designs, he was 'hands on' in the workshop, manufacturing campers including fitting out 12v wiring, plumbing and interiors.George has worked for other providers and manufacturers since closing that business and has experience with work including suspension, servicing, cladding and timber work.

Just like any other kind of vehicle, your trailer needs to be carefully maintained in order to stay at peak performance. It's only natural that general wear and tear takes place as you continue to use your vehicle. Perth north caravan repairs are amazing!
I have had the opportunity to have works done on our caravan on two occasions, and both times, Teresa and George have greatly exceeded our expectations.
From initial engagement to quotation, to the actual works, client engagement and pick up, all were seamless and very positive.
It’s a rare thing these days for service expectations to be exceeded, but these guys are the real deal.

We were very pleased with the service we received at Perth North for repairs to our leaky hoses in our caravan, we were especially pleased with your honesty I was told it may take up to 2 hours , but it was done in 1 hour , & the efficient manner that the work was carried out , & at a very reasonable price..

Arrived in Perth after performing some bush running repairs to our van. George and Teresa sorted the permanent fix and we are back on the road with peace of mind. Amazing customer service from Teresa and George! We needed several things done on our caravan including a service, insurance work and a warranty repair. They got our water heater working for us while we waited for warranty parts to arrive at very short notice. Top quality work and they were able to work to our holiday timeframes. Theresa and George provided exemplary customer service. Other caravan repairers seemed disinterested in my relatively small warranty repair; not so Perth North! From the get go, Theresa proactively kept in touch and had me booked in quickly. The work was done as promised, and the work was completed in an agreed time frame. Teresa and George were just so easy to deal with. They did a superb job on the repairs needed to our van. The fibreglass work which was part of the job required was subbed out and the guy who did that was fantastic as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge and spend time explaining what’s required and what they will do - and they deliver 100%.
