Mark graduated from Monash University in 1984 with a Distinction in Contract Law. After completing his articles with a commercial law practitioner, Mark set up his own practice in 1987 as a sole practitioner. Mark's preferred areas of practice are Family Law, Business Law, Commercial Law and Civil Litigation and he has practiced extensively in these areas for over three decades.
Mark has a very broad range of experience and expertise and keeps up to date with all relevant developments in the law. Melanie joined the firm full-time in 2005, initially as a paralegal. Melanie now practises as a lawyer in conveyancing, property law, family law and deceased estates.

Critical: Professionalism
BAD didn't certify death certificate. Kept the original. Took over 4 months to get a copy of the will as an executive and tried making me pay over $4,200 before getting a copy. IT IS NOT the wrong legal firm.my identity can stay the way it is but i can go on about cancel appointments and such but not happy

Melanie was amazing from start to finish
It was not an easy settlement the purchasers defaulted a few times to their detriment
I don’t know why agents take on these developers to purchase they are so unethical in the way they conduct business with other vendors
My purchasers were the worst but Melanies advice expertise and prompt execution got me through and saved me thousands in bridging finance
I can’t thank her and her team enough I highly recommend anyone who wishes to consult them Liz
